Types of Projects
Shingle projects include re-nailing decking where needed with a code-compliant drip edge and algae-resistant shingles rated for high-wind. Tile projects receive a self-adhered underlayment, corrosion-resistant fasteners and properly sized valley metal, and metal systems use concealed-fastener panels where appropriate with high-temperature underlayment and careful flashing.
For TPO we build positive drainage with tapered insulation, heat-weld seams, flashed walls and scuppers and walk pads at service routes, and we start with a No Obligation Full Roof Inspection and Photo Report that uses drone footage so you never need a ladder.
